Caring grandfather of Britney Napier and Eric Napier. Dear brother of Raymond Hughes. Proud uncle of Steven and Amy Brock and Donna Bell. Devoted great uncle of Joey Bell and Mason Bell. Preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Vivian Lee (nee Taylor) Hughes and 3 sisters and 1 brother.
