Obituary
Martha Elizabeth Cook of Blanchester. Beloved wife of the late Donald R. Cook, dear mother of Donald R. (Loretta) Cook, Ronnie (Karan) Cook, caring sister of Beulah Mae Hill, Ellen Jane Grubbs, Wilma Carter, Forest Carper, Earline Davis, and of the late Willard Carper,and Russell Dale Carper, proud grandmother of Chance (Kelly) Cook, serving in the U.S. Army in Iraq, Cody Cook, Brian Messmer, Shawn Satchwell, Angie Satchwell, and Bill Thomas, and Special Friend of the late Edith Livingston. Nov. 29, 2007 at age 82. Memorials may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America Inc., 1821 University Ave. West, S 256, St. Paul, MN. 55104.
