Marlene Jean (Snider) Newman of Blanchester. Beloved daughter of Viola (Kemp) Snider and of the late Eugene J. Snider, loving wife of the late Van Newman, dear mother of Van Newman, II, Vanessa (Steve) Grueter, Victor (Denise) Newman, caring sister of Sonny (Rita) Snider, Joe (Joyce) Snider, Mary (Larry) Roberts, Cindy (Larry) Ling, and proud grandma of 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Jan. 14, 2009 at age 72. Marlene loved to play Bingo, and worked for over 20 years at Cockrell's Restuarant in Blanchester. She had a love for saving lost and stray dogs and other animals.
