Marilyn Suter Wilkinson passed on from this life on October 5, at Magnolia Springs Memory Way in Loveland, Ohio, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She will be remembered for her kindness, bright smile, steadfast faith, and a heart of gold. Marilyn embodied living a life of service for others.
Born Marilyn Gail Becker on September 27, 1937, to Harry and Billie Becker in Cincinnati, Ohio, Marilyn attended Nativity grade school, graduated from Regina High School, and Good Samaritan College of Nursing. She worked for over 40 years as a nurse around the Cincinnati / Lake Cumberland area in the emergency and operating rooms. She met her husband, police officer Frank Suter, in the emergency room while he was injured on duty. They eventually married and had 4 sons who all attended Moeller High School.
Marilyn was preceded in death by parents, Harry and Billie Becker as well as husbands Frank Suter and Ken Wilkinson, and brother-in-law Phil Gigliotti.. Her memory will be cherished by sisters, Christy (John) Smiley, Sandy Gigliotti, and brother, Jack (Patty) Becker. She is survived by sons Mark (Jeanann) Suter, Mike (Shirley) Suter, Matt (Kelly) Suter and Marty (Char) Suter and grandchildren Justin, Gregory, Nicholas, Brent, Troy, Holly, Thomas, Katie, Patrick, Michael, Allyssa, and Jared along with great grandchildren Liam and Layton.
Mass of Christian burial will be at held at St. Saviour Church, 4136 Myrtle Ave Deer Park Tuesday October 11th at 10:00am, where friends will be received in the church Narthex 9:00am until the hour of Mass.
