Marguerite A. Hadley 84, of Blanchester, OH, passed away June 7, 2013 at the Laurels of Blanchester, Blanchester, OH. Marguerite was born July 18, 1928 in Edenton, OH, a daughter of the late Isaac and Alice Brown Starkey. Marguerite was a retired clerk from the Haines Department Store, Blanchester, OH and a member of the Cary Chapter O.E.S. #221. Surviving are her children Steven (Donna) Hadley of Hillsboro, OH, Billie (Troy) Coomer of Franklin, OH and Pat Duncan of Lake Mary, FL; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sisters Martha Morrow, Maxine Current and Evelyn Christensen. In addition to her parents, Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Earl Hadley, and husband of 23 years John W. Werner; brothers Isaac Starkey, Jim Starkey and Paul Starkey. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday June 22, 2013 with Rev. JL Runk officiating at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 10:30 AM until time of service.
