Margaret Jacquelyn Ruskowski born November 15, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Cherished daughter of Patrick and Carmelite Ruskowski. Granddaughter of Lauren (Dean) Polk, Tim (Christy) Clemmer, Janey Ruskowski and the late John Ruskowski. Great Granddaughter of Jacquelyn (Tom) Berg, Katherine (and late James) Clemmer, Elizabeth "Babe" (and late George) Shultz, Late Josephine (and late Joseph) Ruskowski. Niece of Katherine Clemmer (Owen Cokley), Jacquelyn Clemmer, Mabel (Abdul) Kahil , Becky (Travis) Dunn, Adam Ruskowski, John Ruskowski. Cousin of Colby and Emma Dunn. Margaret lived a radiant and very opinionated life and passed away in her parents arms on December 7, 2025.

The family asks that donations in Margaret's memory be directed towards the Ronald McDonald House .
