Beloved husband of 52 years to Charlotte Faye (nee Sturgill) Parks. Loving father of Angela Faye Clifton of Goshen, OH. Caring grandfather of Adam Mark Clifton and Tyler Manuel Clifton. Dear brother of Mizie Parks, Fern Collett, Ruth Ann Riley, Diane Mann and the late Hillis Parks, Flossie Banks, Roger Parks, Don Parks and Jessie Parks. Cherished son of the late Walter and Eva (nee Taulbee) Parks. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 12 Noon at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment, Myers Cemetery, Goshen, OH. Pastor Phil Hopper will be the minister for Manuel's sevices.
