Mack Bard, 87, of Milford, Ohio, passed away October 3, 2012 at Venetian Gardens in Goshen Township, OH. He was born January 4, 1925 in Branch Hill, Ohio, son of Calvin Bard and Pauline (nee Betz) Bard . Mack worked as a truck driver. Surviving are Daughter, Jackie Routt of Milford, OH, Grandson, Nick Ellis of Milford, OH, Grandson, Nathan Ellis of Montgomery, Ohio, Great-Granddaughter, Alyson Ellis of Milford, Ohio, sister-in-law, Allie Bard of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Niece, Bonnie Rae Kelley of NC, nephew, Joe Bard, Aunt Ethel of WA. Calvin M. was preceded in death by Father, Calvin Bard, Mother, Pauline Bard, Wife, Ruth Tidrow Bard. Services will be held at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 Riverside Drive, Loveland on Monday, October 8 at 1:30 PM with Chaplain Steve Tufts from Destiny Hospice officiating. Interment will follow in the Graceland Memorial Gardens, Miami Twp., Ohio with full military honors by the US Army. Friends will be received at the at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, Loveland on Monday from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM.
