Obituary

Mabel Ann Dygert (nee Lewis) of Sharonville, beloved wife of 59 years to the late James H. Dygert. Loving mother of Sally, Susan, and David (Lisa) Dygert. Beloved grandmother of Andrew, Nathan, Kristin Dygert, and Brandon Clark. Mabel Ann was a library associate at the West Chester Library for 16 years, and was the owner/publisher of the Suburban Press and West Chester Press along with her husband. She was a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in journalism. She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, knitting, classical music and piano, and especially creative writing. She was born in Sutton, West Virginia, in 1934, the daughter of the late Mabel Morrison Lewis and Fred Lewis Jr. Mabel Ann passed away after a long illness on July 10, 2023, at the age of 88. Family and friends will be received July 20th, from 5 – 6:30 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH, with a memorial service to follow at 6:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati .
