Lynda Lue Griswold age 79, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, with her family by her side. Born on August 4, 1942, in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of Normand and Pauline (nee Jayne) Lewis. She was a faithful member of the Blanchester Church of Christ. Along with her late husband, Lynda owned Blanchester and Georgetown IGA's. She did cosmetology for over 20 years. However, Lynda was best known to many as "Grandma". Lynda is survived by her daughter, Amanda; grandchildren, Roger G. Buerkle III, Angel Buerkle, Chasity and Cecelia Lehman, and Matt Beebe; brother, Normand Lewis; sister, Dena Kay Clifton; numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Griswold. A funeral service will be held at 12pm on Monday, November 1, 2021, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Blanchester IOOF Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
