PHELPS Lucille (nee Hamlin) of Goshen Township, Ohio. Beloved wife of the late James Phelps, loving mother of Joyce (Dennis) Kehrt, Sandy (Rodney) Haitz, Brenda (Rick) Burke, Karen (Larry) Grossnickle, Dave (Michelle) Phelps and the late Katie Dunn and Jim Phelps, caring grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, dear mother-in-law of Jack Dunn. Cherished daughter of the late Ava Hamlin. Family request that memorial donations be made in memory of Lucille Phelps to the American Heart Association, PO Box 182039 Dept. 013, Columbus, Ohio 43218-2039 and or to the American Cancer Society, 5378A Cox-Smith Rd., Mason, Ohio 45040.
