Loretta Joan (nee Trivison) Cory, age 92. Loving mother of Daniel (Jeanne) Cory, Paul (Kelli) Cory, Jack Cory and Joan (Jeremy) Barnes. Cherished grandmother of Robert, Anthony (Christie), MacKenzie, Nicholas, Julia and Katherine Barnes. Step-grandmother of Emily (Blake) Aber. Proud great grandmother of Quinn. Daughter of the late Dominic and Mary Trivison of Cleveland. Dear sister of the late Merida. Dearest sister-in-law of David (Dottie) Cory and the late Gerald Cortland. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Bryan (Cheri) Cory, Melissa (Greg) Zito, Michael (Mary) Cory, Louise and Laura Cortland, her beloved cousin, Kathleen Trivison, and her loving care-giver, Audrey Holness. Passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024.

Loretta gave her heart and soul to raising her children and providing support to her dear husband, Ronald. Whether praying, cooking, crafting or tending to her garden she always wore the smile of a person truly happy and dedicated to her vocation in life. Her mantra, "God is in Control", was comfort to not only everyone she knew, but also strangers who were drawn in by her inviting smile and sparkling eyes.

She was always happy to host a social event for those dear to her and serve one of her specialties like her famous waffles, mouth watering pesto, or amazing chocolate sauce. Always at Ron's side, while entertaining business associates her warmth shone through, making guests feel comfortable with her sincere and welcoming demeanor. Loretta was a volunteer at Riverside Methodist Hospital for over 25 years where she spent her days offering assistance to visitors at the Information Desk. She loved to read and travel. The memory of Loretta will live on forever in our hearts.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 6 from 10:30 AM - 12 PM at St. Margaret of York Catholic Church, 9499 Columbia Rd., Loveland, OH 45140, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 12 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 7 at 11:30 AM in the Chapel at Resurrection Cemetery, 9571 N. High St., Lewis Center, OH 45035.
