Loving father of Lloyd Edwin Sims Jr., Stephanie (Michael) Callinan, Joe Ventura, Geoff Ventura, Tony Ventura and Emily Ventura. Dear brother of the late Marvin Salyers, Chelsie Salyers, Alta Merritt and Ronnie Salyers. Cherished son of the late Edwin Leroy and Violet (nee Salyers) Sims. Also survived by numerous family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 16, 3 PM at First Baptist Church of Mt. Healthy, 1210 Compton Rd., Cincinnati, OH. 45231, where friends will be received from 2 PM until the time of service. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Salyers Cemetery in Mt. Olive, KY.
