Linda D. (nee Franz) Waltz, 70, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 surrounded by family. She was the beloved mother of Michael (Amy) Cothran and Shawn (Keith) Puckett; loving grandmother of Joe Waltz, Holli (Justin) Reese, Kyle and Zack Puckett, Ryan Stamper, and Kiara and Rebecca Cothran; proud great-grandmother of Hayden, Lucas, Avery, and Jackson Reese, Karsen and Kinzlee Puckett; dear sister of Marvin (Evelyn) Franz, Raymond (Dottie) Franz, and Barb Hall; sister-in-law Lee Franz; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her husband George Waltz; parents, Leroy and Eileen Franz; sister, Bonnie Maines; brother, Dale Franz. A funeral service will be held at 12:15pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral home, 1668 State Route 28, Goshen, Ohio 45122, where friends will be received from 10am until the time of service.
