BARNETT Leonard Ray of Clarksville, Ohio. Leonard was born in Pellyton, Kentucky on May 23, 1929. He is the loving brother of James L. (Peggy) Barnett of Chattaroy, West Virginia and the late William Owen Barnett, Mary Mills and Beulah J. Keith. Dear friend of Norma Jean Gray of Clarksville, Ohio. Beloved son of the late Owen Ray and Nona Lee (nee Carney) Barnett. Leonard was a US Army Veteran and he served in three wars; World War II, The Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He was a master sergeant, was awarded a bronze star medal, was a Green Beret and belonged to the Special Forces Association Chapter I – XVIII. Leonard went on to be with the Lord on Friday, October 29, 2010 at the age of 81. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
