Leonard "Lennie" Deatherage of Blanchester, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 3, 2023. He was 50 years old.

Lennie was born in Wilmington, Ohio on May 22, 1972, to Lilly Cox and Leonard Deatherage.

He was preceded in death by his nephew Josh Jacobs and his father Leonard Deatherage.

Lennie enjoyed watching movies, Formula One racing, multiple sports and MMA. He also loved to work on cars. His dog, Andy, brought him a lot of joy and laughter as well.

Lennie is survived by his children who he loved very much, Tiffany Deatherage-Turner, Austin Deatherage, and Tabatha Carver. Best friend and brother to his sister Teresa Bowman and brother Danny Bowman. Best uncle to Nick Jacobs. Beloved great uncle of Khloe Jacobs. As well as his furry companion Andy. He is also survived by other numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

There will be a small, private viewing for select family and friends before cremation.
