Leo J. Estep, 77, of Blanchester, went to be with the Lord June 12, 2014. Leo was the beloved husband of 58 years to Ona Lee Estep; loving father of Daniel Estep, Connie and Wayne McClanahan, Jenny May, Janette and Sam Wilkin; proud grandfather of Tracy and Justin, Emily and Jason, Kyle, Greg, Adam, Levi and Nichole, Katie, Mark, and Dylan; great-grandfather of 10; brother of Herb, Wilbert, Marshall, Roger, and Bill. He was preceded in death by his parents Anderson and Nellie Estep; children Cathleen Simon and Douglas Estep; 11 brothers; 4 sisters. Leo loved his children and grandchildren dearly. When he wasn't spending time with his family he enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and spending time with friends. He served as a Marine in the United States Marine Corp. Leo also served his community by working for the Blanchester Police Department for 11 years, Blanchester Fire Department for 6 years, and as a zoning inspector for 4 years. He worked for the Ford Motor Company for 35 years. There will be a memorial service for Leo Estep on Wednesday June 18, 2014 from 6-8PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W.
