Lawrence "Larry" Agin was born April 8, 1926 to Nelson and Susan (nee Hill) Agin and passed away February 19, 2017 at the age of 90. He worked as mechanic with Blanchester Oil and later with Bill Martin Chevrolet. He was a graduate of Blanchester High School, an Army Air Corp Veteran and a member of the Blanchester United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ramona (nee Lair) Agin; children, Karen (Chuck) Singleton and Michael (Sharon) Agin; grandchildren, Jill (Dave) Mayr and Tony (Rachel) Agin; great grandson, Gavin Mayr; great granddaughters, Sophia and Charlotte Agin; a sister, Sarah Lowman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Carl and James Agin; sisters Susie Greene, Margaret Agin and Ruth Livingstone. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Friday February 24, 2017 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 10 AM until time of service.
