Beloved husband of 57 years to Edith(nee Whitehead) Fields. Loving father of Patty (Granville) Thurman, Gale (Troy) Allen, Darrell Fields, Judy (Ronnie) Bruce. Proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Loving brother of Joe Fields, Pearl Fields, Glen Fields and Wilton Fields. Preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters. Cherished son of the late Lexington "Bud" Fields and Betty (nee Milam) Fields. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Pastor Bill Rains officiating the services.
