TARTER Laurah Jane (nee Jasper) of Goshen, Ohio, formerly of Norwood, Ohio and Russell Springs, KY. Beloved wife of the late Arlie E. Tarter, loving mom of Bruce (Carol) Tarter and Mike (Geraldine) Tarter, caring grandma of 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, dear sister of Ada Harris, Georgia Clover and the late Charles Jasper, Jerry Jasper and Kenneth Jasper, cherished daughter of the late George and Louisa (nee Frost) Jasper, devoted niece of Grace Burton. A Graveside service will be held at the Cedar Springs Cemetery in Russell Springs, KY., on Saturday, May 8 at 11 AM.
