Daughter of the late Asher and Omeda Combs Athy. Beloved wife of over 39 years to Edward Perkins. Devoted mother of Neal Edward Perkins, and Stacy Ann (Scott) Baugh. Dear sister of Clarine Athy, Asher Athy II, Robert G. Athy, and the late Wilma Gene Athy McNutt. Aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Teacher in the Lebanon City School System for over 32 years.
