Kevin A. Arthur of Hillsboro. Beloved son of Cathy (the late Bill) Wheeler and Jeffery (Kathleen) Arthur. Dear brother of Timothy J. Arthur. Cherished grandson of Jerlene Cash Arthur and the late Red & Dolores Feldman. Loving great nephew of the late Eleanor "Pete" Feldman and Estelle Feldman. Devoted nephew of Bob (Cindy) Feldman, Jack Feldman, Dan (Stephen Hardley) Feldman, Pam Alexander, and Beth (Jerry) Umberger. Proud to be a cousin to Bob (Em), Pat (Jen), David (Jaque), Desiree, Audra (Phil), Tony (Brandy), Dawn, Cortnie, Makaela, Cody, Lydia, Zoe, Abby, Norah, Bobby, Jolene, William, Ellie, Colton, and Emersyn. Passed away on March 19, 2026 at the age of 50.

Kevin came into this world with cerebral palsy. Although he never uttered a word, he communicated with his eyes and smile and touched the lives of all who met him. He lived a life we should all aspire to; he lived every day with joy.

As a child, boy and man, he was blessed with the greatest caregivers this world had to offer. His mother Cathy, his great aunt Pete, his grandparents Red & Dolores, and in his final years with the most caring group from ResCare – Taylor Home; Meranda, Kaitlyn, Tonia, Christina, Cheyene, Ashley and Shane. We believe all these caregivers would say that they received more from Kevin than they gave to him. Although he took his last breath on Wednesday, in true Kevin form, his mother and aunt would tell you he left with a farewell smile the day before.

Family and friends will be received from 10 AM - 12 PM on Thursday, March 26 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 12 PM. Interment Union Cemetery.
