Kermit Scarberry was born April 24,1933 in PawPaw, KY to Ira Scarberry and Minnie (née Pugh) Norton and passed away peacefully at Provisions Living Center, November 29, 2023 at the age of 90. He was a Korean War veteran serving 1953-1955.  He retired after working over 30 years at Cincinnati Milacron. He is survived by his daughter Sheryl Yeager (Alan Barker) and son Blane (Regina) Scarberry.  He was preceded in death by his daughter Kathy (Mike) Potts. He was the proud grandfather of Chad Yeager, Ryan (Lori) Yeager, Kyle (Trey) Scarberry, Kelsey (Jesse) Sargent, Kelly Scarberry and Mitchell (Lexi) Potts. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Katie Potts. He was a loving great grandfather to Kaylee Sargent, Landon Sargent, Emma Sargent, Zane Sargent, Harper (Potts) Tison and Reed (Scarberry) Hornung.

Kermit was preceded in death by his former wife, Naomi (née Berger) Scarberry, beloved sister Ivy (Scarberry) Schnell, brothers Irla Scarberry and Don Ivan. In addition, he was preceded in death by his step-father John Norton, half-brother Tom Norton and step-siblings Don Norton, Jim Norton, Bill Norton and Dorothy (Norton) Hargett.
