IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kenneth Lee
Mcmullin
September 17, 1928 – April 14, 2023
Kenneth Lee McMullin, 94 years old, returned home to the Lord on April 14, 2023, a peaceful and glorious day.
Ken was born at home in Columbus, Ohio, on September 17, 1928. He lived briefly in Xenia, Ohio then moving to the East End in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he spent all of his youth, later to East Hyde Park where he raised his family with his wife Kay and later retiring in Anderson Township.
Loving husband of 59 years to Catherine (Molique) McMullin. Father to Anne, Richard (Kathy, dec. and Margaret), Mark (Janet). Kevin (Diane). Grandfather to Blake McMullin, Eric (Teah) McMullin, Jim (Ann) McMullin. Great-grandfather to Sierra Bennett, Chance McMullin, Colton McMullin, Cannon McMullin and Brian Beish.
Preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Bessie (Padgett), loving and devoted wife, Catherine, daughter, Anne, son Mark, and daughter-in-law Kathy (Brittain).
Ken retired from the Cincinnati Enquirer as a pressman after 42 years. His love of history took him to volunteer at the Sharon Woods Village and 20 plus years with the Cincinnati Historical Society at the Union Terminal. At the Union Terminal he did many bus tours in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana and loved working the Public Landing area. If you wanted to know anything about river boats or trains, Cincinnati Ken was your man.
Ken loved his family and Jesus and Mary, the Bengals, the Reds and Skyline Chili. Ken never met a stranger, could talk to anyone, touched many lives and will be missed by many. May he rest in peace.
Friends will be received from 10 AM to 11 AM on Tuesday, May 2 at St. Columban Catholic Church, 894 Oakland Rd., Loveland, where A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 AM on Tuesday. Fr. Larry Tensi presiding.
