Kenneth Martin Ashcraft of Hillsboro, OH, passed peacefully on May 20, 2024 at the age of 97. Kenneth was born in Cincinnati, OH, on May 9, 1927 to the late Luther and Willy (nee Lunsford) Ashcraft.

Cherished husband of the late Althea Helen (nee McCabe) Ashcraft for 73 yrs. Beloved father of Kenneth (Debra) Ashcraft, Jr., Diane (Jim) Seibert, Deborah (the late Paul) vanSchaik, Karen (the late Ed) Williford, Sharon Ashcraft, Donna (Dennis) Eppert, Tammy (Donnie) Strong, Rodney (the late Kelly) Ashcraft, Roger (Tammy) Ashcraft, James Ashcraft, and the late Robert Ashcraft. Loving grandfather of 17 grandchild. Proud great-grandfather and great-great grandfather of to many grandchildren to count. Dear brother of Roger (Sue) Ashcraft and the late Stanley Wayne Ashcraft, Wilma (Carl) Pierson, Barbara (Charles) Austin, and Naomi (Paul) Cunningham.

He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II the Pacific. He was an avid golfer and camper.

Friends will be received from 6pm to 7pm on Friday, June 14 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services with military honors will begin at 7pm on Friday.
