Kathryn E. Watts (nee West) of Blanchester. Beloved wife of the late Jesse W. Watts, dear mother of David (Fran) Watts, and Sharon (Rass) Oakley, caring sister of Josephine Grimsley, sister-in-law of Reba West, Dorothy West, and Sarah Mc Nicol, and loving grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She died on Thursday Oct. 2, 2003 at the age of 83. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary, of Blanchester.
