Kathleen W. "Kathy" Elsen of Mason. Beloved wife of 56 years to August "Gus" Elsen. Loving mother of Jennifer Elsen Whitlock, Amy Kathleen (Hershel Kenneth) Hobbs and Linda Elsen (Mark) Brown. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie Whitlock, Jessica Whitlock, Rachel Blubaugh, Kelly Blubaugh and Ashley Anne Hobbs. Dear sister of Jennifer (David) Carr, Lawrence Wolbers, Kimberly (Jeff) Stone and Leo Edward (deceased) (Nancee) Wolbers. Also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and her extended families "The Gang," "The Wine-O's," "Ladies Who Lunch," and "Whitley City." Kathy was an active member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and will be greatly missed. Passed away June 27, 2019 at the age of 74. Friends will be received Sunday, June 30 from 2-4 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 1 at 10 AM at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Cincinnati 45249. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
