Karen Sue (nee Allen) Malott, 68, of Blanchester, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on December 10. 2016. She was the beloved wife of David Malott; loving mother of Mark David (Rachel) Malott and Luther Joseph "Luke" Malott; proud grandmother of Caleb and Hannah Malott; dear sister of Vernadene Tucker, Alfred (Phyllis) Allen, and Brenda (Roger) Burton; also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Susan (nee Thomas) Allen; sister, Barbara Smith; brothers, Harry Allen and Frank Allen. A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, December 19, 2016 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Blanchester IOOF Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
