Karen Ann McCarthy of Loveland. Born Nov. 24, 1964. Passed away Feb. 2, 2013. Survived by her parents, Harry and Gail Schaeffer of Harrison; loving husband, Mark McCarthy; son, Keith Andrew McCarthy; and daughter, Jamie Marie Schaeffer; loving grandchildren, Grace & Faith Campbell, Lee Ann Osborne, and Dalton & Olivia Sams; dear sister of Mike (Rita) Schaeffer, Richard Schaeffer, Tom Schaeffer, Linda (Jeff) Mounce, and Jennifer Schaeffer; many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by her daughter, Tara Schaeffer. Her body may no longer be with us, but her heart was made of gold. She was known for her high spirits and amazing personality. For these reasons, she will never be forgotten but will always be remembered for who she really was. She will be with us always in mind, body, and soul. Family and friends will be received from 10-11 AM on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, OH 45140, where services will be held at 11 AM.
