Judith "Judy" Tingle was born February 24, 1940 to Robert and Thelma (nee Florence) Lucas and passed away Sunday March 19, 2017 at the age of 77. Judy retired from the Ohio Education Association, was active with leadership Clinton, Sharonville High School Alumni and played the piano. She is survived by her long time companion Frank Perry for 13 years; son David (Tammy) Tingle; grandchildren, Micki (Andy) Conklin; great grandchildren, Piper and Drew Conklin; a brother, Dean Lucas; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Glen Lucas. Friends will be received on Friday March 24, 2017 from 6-8 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W.
