Juanita (May) Whitt, 89, of Blanchester, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on August 2, 2015. She was born March 11, 1926 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Prater and Vernie May. She was the beloved mother of Phyllis Wagner, Phillip (Cathy) Whitt, Wanda Faye Bernhard; Loving grandmother of Brenda Howard, Norma Mills, Len Wagner, Jason Whitt, Keith Spangler, and Jessica Browning; Proud great-grandmother of Sarah Collins, James Howard, Dillon Mills, Emily Mills, Macy Mills, Klara Wagner, Adam Wagner, Jacob Whitt, Caitlin Myers, Bridgette Spangler, Slade Shipley, and Armen Browning; Great-great-grandmother of Avery Myers and Kenova Collins; Dear sister of Roger May, Jean Dunaway, and Mike May. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband James K. Whitt; Son, John Whitt; Brothers, Herbert May, Haskell May, and Bob May. Friends will be received on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 from 6-8pm at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Edwardsville Cemetery, Pleasant Plain, OH.
