Juanita (nee Barnett) Baker of Blanchester, OH, went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2024 at the age of 88. Juanita was born on June 7, 1936 in Middlesboro, KY.

She is the beloved wife of 70 years to Glen Baker; loving mother of Boyd Dean Baker, Farril Lynn (Vicki) Baker, Glen Junior (Sheila) Baker and the late Allan G. Baker; mother-in-law of Rebecca Baker and Cheryl Tipton; caring mammie of Lisa Juanita Baker-Sampson, Delilah Ross, Kristy Baker, Tiffany Baker, April Baker, Holly Baker, Farril Baker Jr., Wesley Baker, Sherman Baker, Gregory Jones, Daniel Jones and Patrick Glen Baker; proud great-mammie of many great-grandchildren; dear sister of Virginia Campbell, Phillip Barnett, Olin Barnett and the late Roosevelt "Rosie" Barnett, Azalie Bays and Elsie Barnett; cherished daughter of the late Creed and Lottie (nee Hoskins) Barnett; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Friends will be received from 12 Noon to 2 PM on Monday, September 16 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 2 PM on Monday. Pastor Jamey Horton officiating.
