ALLEN Juanita Amanda (nee Clark) of Goshen, Ohio. Loving mother of the late Lee Forrester. Caring aunt of John (Bev) Clark and Kathy (Mike) Whitworth. Also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by four brothers and one sister: Willie, Cecil, Otis, Ansel and Amanda. Pallbearers for Juanita Allen are: John Clark, John Clark Jr., Joseph Clark and Mike Whitworth. Pastor Johnny Phillips Jr. of the Goshen United Methodist Church will be officiating the funeral services for Juanita.
