Haas

Joyce M. (nee Daniels) Haas of Goshen, OH., went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2024, at the age of 88. Joyce was born on June 29, 1936, in Freeburn, Kentucky to Nancy Robinette and Floyd Daniels.

Joyce graduated from New Richmond High School (Class of 1954). She was a founding member of Community Christian Fellowship (Church of God of Prophecy) in 1976. Joyce was a free-lance writer and poet. She had many articles and poems that were published nationally.

She married Richard Ernest Haas on November 27, 1954.

She leaves behind 4 children: Richard Alan (Diane) Haas, Patricia Marlene Haas, Randy James (Angela) Haas and Penni Jolene (Roger) Eddington, 8 grandchildren: Johnny, Erin, Crystal, Candace, Megan, Lauren, Samantha and David, 13 great-grandchildren: Landen, Dustin, Derek, Ashton, Trinity, Sacorra, Gavin, Cayman, Hunter, Maria, Max, Roman and Iris.

Friends will be received from 11 AM to 1 PM on Monday, December 16 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 1 PM. Pastor Edwin Wilson officiating.

Interment will take place at Graceland Memorial Gardens, Milford, OH.
