Joyce Faye (nee Depew) Henson of Blanchester, OH. Born on November 19, 1930 in Manchester, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on December 15, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Luther "Lou" Henson. Loving mother of Wanda Sue (Tom) Allen of Edenton, OH, Ron (Joyce) Henson of Blanchester, OH, Barbara (Danny) Tedrick of Xenia, OH and the late John Henson and Sharon Jones. Proud, loving grandmother of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Dear sister of Howard (Sarah) Depew, Melvin (Lucille) Depew, Kelly Depew Jr. and the late Bessie Ann Smith and Earl Howard. Cherished daughter of the late Kelly and Winifred (nee Howard) Depew. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Joyce was a dedicated servant of God and loved Jesus. She loved people, took pride in being able to cook and feed so many throughout the years from her home and at Dairy Point where she worked for many years. When you left her company, you were never hungry or wanting for a story and you were definitely going to receive a hug. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 10 AM - 12 Noon at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, where services will immediately follow at 12 Noon. Rev.
