Joyce Foote Regan of Blanchester. Beloved wife of the late Donald E. Regan, dear mother of Patrick Regan and Michelle Regan Roth, caring sister of Charles Foote and of the late Marian Hull, and loving grandmother of Erin Regan, Reid Radcliffe, and Megan Radcliffe. Aug. 29, 2005 at age 77. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Blanchester, and taught kindergarten for many years at Jefferson and Putman Elementary Schools.
