Joyce Elizabeth Howland, 71, of Loveland, went to be with the Lord March 20, 2014. Joyce was the beloved wife of Donald Howland; loving mother of Vonda (Donald) Hoover and Vicki (Keith) Karl; proud grandmother of Devin Hoover, Kylie Hoover, Aubrey Kral, and Ethan Kral; daughter of Marguerite (nee Snyder) Smith; sister of Bill Smith and Bettie Turner; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
