Beloved grandson of Almeda and Bill Hillard, Charlotte and the late Robert Peters and Kenneth and the late Marie Paytes. Loving brother of Kayla Paytes and Seth Paytes. Proud uncle of Kameron and Jordan. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Passed away May 5, 2019 at the age of 30. Josh was a 2008 Graduate of Adams County High School.
