Joseph "Joe" R. Burroughs was born August 17, 1957 to Adam P. and Mildred (nee Long) Burroughs and passed away December 27, 2016 in Tampa, FL. Joe was a 1975 graduate of Blanchester High School and later moved to Tampa, Fl and retired as a bus driver from the City of Tampa. He is survived by his children, Natalie Nichole Burroughs and Alison Joy Burroughs; brothers James R. (Angie) Burroughs of Blanchester, OH, Mathew R. (Bonita) Burroughs of Maineville, OH and Aaron G. Burroughs of Dallas, TX; close friends, Colten Kelling and Tom Belcher, both of Florida. No services will be observed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
