Joseph Petsche, the son of the late Otto and Paula Petsche of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away at the age of 80 on Wednesday morning, April 12th Mr. Petsche was born on January 23, 1937 in Altlag, Gottscthee, Yugoslavia. Joe, his sister Frieda, and their parents moved to the United States in 1944. Joe graduated from Benedictine High School in 1955. He received his Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from Fenn College and a Master of Science Degree from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Petsche was a design engineer for 38 years at General Electric in Evendale, Ohio. He married Kathleen Ade of Huntington, Indiana in 1974. They had three children, Jennifer (JT) Giammarco, Neil Petsche, and Alison Petsche. Joe was the proud papa of Ashley & Courtney Giammarco. Joe enjoyed classical music. He played the trumpet, and piano, and was a member of the Keyboard Club. Family and friends will be received from 9-10 AM on Tuesday, April 18 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Donations in memory of Joe may be directed to the Michael J.
