Joseph Rowley "Joey" was born December 1, 1997 and passed away October 29, 2018 at the age of 20. He is survived by his mother, Barbara (nee Malone) Siler; sisters Mackenzie Siler and Kiera Broughton; grandparents, Darlene (Howard) Mayrose and Wendell Malone; a niece Ivy Broughton and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Rodney Siler. Friends will be received from 5-7 PM on Sunday November 4, 2018 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where services will be held on Monday at 11 AM. Interment Wesley Chapel Cemetery.
