Joseph "Joe" Francis Rohrig, Jr. was born on January 26, 1934 and passed away on May 4, 2015 at the age of 81. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Virginia Padgett Rohrig and Joseph F. Rohrig, Sr. Joe is survived by his loving wife Mary Melanni Rohrig of Englewood, FL and Loveland, OH; sons, Joseph F. Rohrig, III (Linda) of Lebanon, OH and Donald Gary Rohrig, of Loveland, OH; stepchildren, Jennifer Thompson of Belding, MI, Denny Chitwood, III (Heather) of Cincinnati, OH, Margaret Morse (Ron) of Milford, CT, and Rachel Parker (John) of Cincinnati, OH; 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Joe worked at GE for more than 30 years. While at GE he tested jet engines. He always enjoyed spending time with his family & friends. He will be greatly missed. Family and friends will be received from 11 AM 12 Noon on Wednesday, May 13 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 Noon.
