Joseph D. Gloyd of Blanchester. Beloved husband of 47 years of Velma N. (McKamey) Gloyd, dear father of Vanessa (Gary) Swinderman, and Joseph (Felicia) Gloyd II, proud Papaw of Tiffany Lay, Jeremey Gloyd, Casondra Shively, Candace Shively, and Dillon Swinderman, caring brother of Mary Engard, Minnie Trivett, Bert Gloyd, Walter Gloyd and 3 sisters and 2 brothers deceased. June 30, 2007 at age 70. Joe served proudly in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington, the Masonic Lodge of Blanchester, and the Scottish Rite of Cincinnati.
