Joseph Gregory Clements, " Joe", passed away peacefully on August 23, 2023, in Loveland, OH. Born on January 31, 1950, in Cincinnati, OH, Joe lived almost his entire life in his beloved home town. He proudly served in the US Army and was stationed in Korea.

Joe is fondly remembered by his siblings, Gary and his wife Connie; Faye and her husband Robert Caruso; and Frank and his wife Kim. His nieces Stephanie and her partner, Joshua Riffle; Paige and Francesca; and nephews Brian, Dean and Quentin, held a special place in Joe's heart and he in theirs. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Jim and Betty Clements.

In his parents' last years, Joe quietly, selflessly and lovingly cared for them. HIs dad, Jim, used to refer to Joe as his saint. His dedication and love for his family trumped everything, and "Uncle Joe" could always be counted on to entertain his nieces and nephews and brothers and sister with his quiet jokes.

Joe had an innate love of automobiles and worked in the industry serving others for decades. He loved his own automobiles and lovingly pampered them. He also had an affinity for rock music and amassed an impressive collection that he loved to share with others.

Joe was known for his quiet sense of humor, and his gentle soul. Never a "spotlight" kind of guy, Joe was, rather, the technician rigging the lighting that spotlit others.

Joe's passing leaves a void in our hearts; however, we are comforted knowing that he is at peace and with our parents, grandparents and other relatives that he loved so much on earth.

Rest in peace, dear Joe. Your journey on earth has ended, but you will forever be in our hearts.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM on Saturday, November 18th, at Our Lady of the Valley Parish (formerly Saints Peter and Paul Church in Reading, Ohio) followed by committal at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery, and a reception.
