Joseph F. Burkhardt Jr., Beloved husband of the late Carol (Jenner) Burkhardt for 64 years. Son of the late Joseph & Freda (Kremer) Burkhardt. Loving father and father-in-law of Lori & Ed Jackson, Renee (Dugan) Burkhardt and the late Rodney Burkhardt. Devoted grandfather of Heather (Brian) Cook, Tiffany (Adam) Cassedy, Joe Burkhardt (Jessica), Amber Burkhardt (Blake), Christina Jackson, and the late Alex Jackson. Great Grandfather of Mariah, Natalie, Aubrey, John, Scarlett and Violett. Dear Brother of Jane Herzog, John Burkhardt, and the late Judy Beck. Brother-in-law of Kande Burkhardt, JoAnn Weyer, Jeanne Burkart, George Jenner, and the late Ed Beck, Marilyn Schnicke, Dot Diller, and Pat Martin. Devoted Uncle, Great Uncle, and Dear Friend of so many. Passed Friday December 19, 2025 at the age of 84.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columban Church 894 Oakland Road Loveland, Monday, January 5, 2026 at 10:30AM.  Friends will be received in the Day Chapel from 9:15-10:15AM. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Joe graduated from Newport Catholic High School in Kentucky, proudly worked as an electrician for IBEW Local Union 212 his entire career, and was a member of St. Columban Church for over 63 years.
