Johnny Sandlin of Pleasant Plain, OH., went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2025, at the age of 77. Johnny was born on April 10, 1947, in South Lebanon, OH to Albert and Eva Mae Sandlin.

Johnny is the beloved husband of 57 years to Lucy L. (nee Taylor) Sandlin, loving father of Cheryl (Mearl) Mink and Johnny Michael Sandlin, proud Pappy of Ryan (Katie) Mink, Jazmyne Mink and Jonathan (Chelsea) Sandlin and great-Pappy of Cameron Mink, Adeline Mink, Jayden Andry and Jaxtyn Michael, dear brother of Kim Collins and the late Lee Sandlin, Robert Sandlin, James Sandlin and Patricia Gordon, cherished son of the late Albert and Eva Mae (nee Green) Sandlin. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Friends will be received from 11 AM to 12 Noon on Wednesday, March 5 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where services will begin at 12 Noon on Wednesday.

Interment will take place at Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, OH.
