Loving father of Donnell Copus, Dean Booth, Kevin Booth, and Shane Booth, Carla Jenkins, Kimberly Courtney, Scott Blankenship and Tracy Ward. Step-son of Maynard Doerge. Brother of Phyllis Yingst. Grandfather of 10 grandchildren. Family request that memorial contribuitons may be directed to Faith Tabernacle, 133 North 8th Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176.
