Beloved husband of the late Georgia Ann (Davidson) Chadwell, loving son of Gladys Hacker Chadwell and of the late Shelby Chadwell, dear father of Johnny Shane Chadwell, Michelle Chadwell, Ernie Lloyd Smallwood, Curt Smallwood, Patricia Smallwood, Jessica Smallwood, Sherry Edwards, caring brother of Helen Smith, Floyd Chadwell, Ray Chadwell, Rosene Hacker, Shelby Chadwell, Faye Hacker, Earl Chadwell, Gary Chadwell, and proud grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Nov. 24, 2006 at age 71. Johnnie served in the U.S. Army.
