John W. Werner 88 of Blanchester, OH. He was the loving husband of 23 years to Marguerite (nee Starkey) Hadley-Werner and former husband of the late Alma Werner. Dear father of Kathy (Jay) Robble of New York, Patty (Jerry) Smith of South Carolina, Steven (Donna) Hadley of Hillsboro, OH, Billie (Troy) Hadley Coomer of Franklin and Pat Hadley Duncan of Lake Mary, FL. Proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. John was predeeded in death by his parents Hugo F. Werner and Ruth (nee Crawford) Werner and a sister Pat. John was a proud US Army Veteran serving during WWII. He received the American Theater Ribbon, Bronze Star, Good Conduct Medal and the Victory Medal World War II.
