Beloved husband of Arlene Richter (Nee Finkelstein). Son of the late John W. and Vera R. Richter. Dear brother of Joy (Richter) Ratterree. Son-in-law of Leah Finkelstein. Brother-in-law of Regina (Charles) Hamilton and Phyllis Finkelstein. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Suddenly Tuesday January 23, 2007 age 64.
